Ski and snowboard the highest valley on the east coast in beautiful and snow abundant Canaan Valley, West Virginia.  With an average of 180 inches of snow a year, an elevation of over 4,000 ft, and two full service ski resorts, Tucker County, West Virginia is ski and snowboard heaven.

Canaan Valley Ski Resort and Timberline Ski Resort are conveniently located 7 miles from each other by vehicle, making for ample ski and snowboard opportunities.  Skiing and riding the same trail is hard to do when there are 84 runs to choose from between Canaan Valley and Timberline.  Both resorts feature state of the art snowmaking, on slope restaurants and pubs, ski/snowboard rentals and professional lessons by certified instructors, and so much more.
