SKI SEASON IS HERE!

This site is an excellent resource for local travel information including lodging, dining and shopping.  For more seasonal news including current conditions and observations, feel free to visit our wintersports site, skithevalley.com.  We will continue to post here, but not as often.  As soon as we get more detail regarding the Southern Boreal Birding Festival, whitewater conditions, Celebration of the Arts, mountain bike information and those sorts of events and activities, we will put those details right here!!

Oh, and BTW, it has been snowing, snowing, snowing.  78″ so far, every slope and trail at BOTH downhill resorts are open and it’s dumping as I type!!
